This beautiful mansion, made of pink bricks, is set in a magnificent 2.5 acres park with forest. Old hunting lodge where Flaubert stayed, located in town but very quiet. The lodge and the terrace are facing south. It has been totally restored in 1970. There is a very large living room with an open fire with logs available, a study and, a kitchen with all the amenities. The 2 bedrooms have each a private sink. At a 20 minutes walking distance from the beach and 10 minutes away from down town Dieppe, which is the largest seaside resort of the region of Haute Normandie. A ferry boat connects it to Newheaven. Beaches are beautiful and the town is ancient. Dieppe was the favorite beach for English people in the XIXth Century. A Forest is located at 5 minutes away by car. The golf, pool and casino are quite good. We assure luxurious holidays for very refined guests.

Lot of sports available. Very good quality golf. Horse-racing. Balneotherapie station opening soon. Every single water sports. Forest very close. Valley of the Caux country. Dieppe is at equal distance between the Seine's estuary and the sandy beaches of la Somme. Numerous walks available. Huge limestone cliffs. Sea tours.
