Chalet les Sapins is a luxury self-catered chalet with stunning views of the mountains and village. In Winter, the chalet‘s ideal position at the edge of the village offers ski–in and ski-out to and from the chalet, weather permitting, and is 800m from the Pléney télécabine and chair lifts in the village centre. In Summer, a footpath just above the chalet leads to the high pastures and mountain trails for walking and mountain biking. Suitable for families and large groups, accommodation offers 5 large bedrooms for up to 12 guests and 4 bath/shower rooms, sauna; fully-fitted kitchen; utility room with washing machine/dryer; open-plan dining and living room with south-facing terrace; log fire; additional sitting room on mezzanine with wi-fi internet connection, TV/DVD and CD/radio, books and games. Morzine is a picturesque Savoyard village retaining its traditional chalet-style architecture and local customs. Nestling in a valley in the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area, between Lake Geneva to the north and Mont Blanc to the south, it is the centre for a wealth of year round alpine pursuits and entertainment and, as a family resort, offers a wide choice of activities and interests. Good variety of shops and boutiques, bars, restaurants and nightclubs, and weekly market. Nearby, a wide choice of attractive towns and places of interest. In winter it boasts a variety of activities for both skiers and non-skiers with 650km of pistes for all levels of skier, and dedicated snowboard parks. English speaking ski schools and creche facilities. In summer, there is a broad choice of leisure pursuits including mountain biking, hiking, cycling, golf, swimming, whitewater rafting and parapenting. Close to Geneva and Chambery airports and approx 8 hours from channel ports.

We have had 2 fabulous holidays at this chalet. The chalet is extremely well equipped and very comfortable, with the open log fire and sauna. The views of Morzine and across into Avoriaz are stunning. It is nicley located on the edge of a green run coming off the plenney mountain, which means you can usually ski in-ski out. The owners Angel & Peter are very welcoming and helped to make our holdiays so enjoyable. The Morzine and Portes du Soleil area is ideal for group skiing as there is so much variety for all abilities of skier/boarder. There is also plenty to do to non-skiers. Enjoy!
