Located in the beautiful setting of the Vallee de la Manche the chalet is set in open countryside with picturesque views across the valley and mountains beyond and only only a few minutes drive from Morzine. The chalet is available on a catered or self-catered basis. Accommodation is spread over 3 floors with 4 double/twin bedrooms all with ensuite facilities. Other facilities include underfloor heating, external hot-tub, garage & boot store, fully equipped modern fitted kitchen

Newly built chalet over 3 floors with modern fitted kitchen, dining area, 4 double or twin bedrooms all with en-suite facilities. The interior is stylishly furnished and well equipped. Large balcony to enjoy the stunning views across the Valley and mountains beyond. There are 2 ensuite bedrooms situated on the ground floor, plus garage, boot store and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The first floor consists 1 ensuite bedroom, kitchen, dining area and lounge and the second floor consists 1 ensuite bedroom leading to mezzanine gallery with sofa bed sleeping 2. Chalets have underfloor heating. Externally, there is a hot tub with mazout housing changing facilities.

Morzine is one of 13 resorts set in a picturesque valley in the heart of the Portes du Soleil. Straddled between France and Switzerland, this Savoyard town has a distinct charm with its traditional chalet style architecture and breathtaking scenery. An excellent all round resort nestled amongst fir trees with magnificent panoramic views. This enchanting village offers a huge variety of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, whilst maintaining its cultural heritage with its traditional wood, stone and slate constructed architecture. Morzine is a 'Family+' resort, great for both Winter and Summer seasons. For the non-skiers there are plenty of other activities and attractions including ice skating, ice hockey, sleigh rides, snowshoe walks, snow mobiles/scooters, paragliding, helicopter flights, mountain biking, canoeing, swimming, golf, fishing, trekking, climbing and many other activities.
