We think you'll thoroughly enjoy the luxury touches that we've added to make sure all our guests truly enjoy their winter or summer holiday. Both of the apartments have absolutely stunning views over the village of Morzine and the surrounding mountains. We will be on hand to meet you upon arrival and give you any pointers as to the best way of enjoying your holiday. There will also be a complimentary welcome pack waiting for you upon arrival. We've lived in the resort for over 8 years and so have a great understanding of the whole area. This spacious apartment has one separate double bedroom and clic-clac furniture that allows for another 4 people to sleep in the main living area. There's plenty of storage space for all your holiday clothes and equipment. The kitchen has been fully equipped with all the necessary utensils so you can cater to your own needs if you like and we've also installed a dishwasher for your use. The bathroom has a full size bath and integral shower. For your entertainment there's a Sony flat screen TV freeview sky with DVD player. The sofa bed has the highest quality mattress and we provide you with 100% cotton linen and spa quality towels. On sunny days you can open up the patio doors and use the private patio. There's furniture and even a BBQ for you to use. We also have a ski room with boot driers and ski and board prep facilities. There is a secure garage with work stands, wheel truing stand, tools, ground anchors and power washer for mountain bikes during the summer

Ski and Snowboard

Morzine is part of the Portes Du Soleil which is the largest linked ski area in the world, and is made up of twelve French and Swiss resorts. It boasts some 650 km of piste in the winter, as well as lift access to over 380km of marked mountain bike and hiking trails in the summer. Climbing from 1000 to 2466m, between France and Switzerland, its 204 ski lifts will take you up to 279 slopes that interconnect the 12 resorts ... all accessible with a single ski pass! The resorts: France - Morzine, Avoriaz, Les Gets, Chatel, St Jean d'Aulps, Abondance, La Chapelle d'Abondance. Switzerland - Champery, Les Crosets, Morgins, Champoussin, Torgon. Our accommodation offers a fully equipped tech workshop and heated boot racks so you never go up with wet boots. SNOWBOARDING - For the snowboarders, there are four snowboard parks, each of them offering something different, and kitted with jumps for all standards. For those looking for long pistes there are runs up to 7km long.

It's linked lift system allow mountain bikers to cover lots of different terrain across all levels of riding whilst having the stunning backdrop of the French Alps. Our apartments are fully kitted out for the serious mountain bikers. We have a secure garage with work stands, tools wheel truing stand ground anchors and pressure washer, so you can keep your bike in good working order. We offer exclusive mountain bike holidays to those wishing to have a little more luxury during their stay. DOWNHILL MOUNTAIN BIKE TRACKS - Nowhere else comes close! Come and try the 9 permanent downhill courses of the Portes du Soleil which are all accessible from Morzine!

Summer Activities

Morzine has much to offer in the summer time and there is something for everyone of all ages to enjoy, be it adrenalin sports or more gentle activities. MORZINE IN SUMMER - Morzine is a picturesque town, and is situated in the French Alpine region of the Haute-Savoie, about 1 hours drive from Geneva and so making for easy access from the UK. Morzine retains all the charm and culture of the farming town that it once was. The town is now bustling with a number of bars, cafés, restaurants and a variety of shops. Amongst the many facilities and activities that Morzine has to offer there are two cinemas which play English films, an Olympic-sized open air swimming pool, tennis courts, downhill tobogan run, mountain boarding, chairlifts, mountain bike routes, ice-skating rink plus much, much more.

We are specialising in Golfing holidays this summer and would be happy to make recommendations to our guests about where to play and how to book - please contact us. We are avid golfers and are also able to rent out golf clubs to our guests. Just 40 minutes away on the south bank of Lake Geneva, at the foot of the French Alps, is the unique Evian Masters Golf Club, the greatest women golfers in the world meet each year to compete in the Evian Masters, one of the top competitions on the European and American tours. It is not only the technical nature of this 18-hole course (6 006 metres - par 72) that will delight you. It is also a course full of charm and poetry that holds a thousand and one changes of scenery in store for you. In the heart of 60 hectares of wooded parkland, the Evian Masters Golf Club is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe. As well as this great course we have courses in Les Gets, Annecy, Avoriaz, Chamonix plus plent more alpine courses. The altitude at which you play allow for amazing mountain scenery, fresh air and some amazingly technical courses giving you a chance to experience some unique golfing.
