Chalet Famille **** Luxury Alpine Wooden Chalet in Morzine, French Alp

Chalet Famille is open throughout the year and is situated close to the main Nyon Cable Car and lifts and only a short distance to the centre of the village. In winter, one can ski direct from the chalet to the Nyon and safely toboggan either side of the chalet. The traditional wooden chalet with it's log fire in the centre of the sitting room has a selection of books, games, videos and C.d.'s that adds to the warm and friendly hospitality. The open plan dining room & sitting room with floor to ceiling glass windows & doors, looks out, and opens onto, a large south-west facing wooden terrace with views of the stunning mountains. All the bedrooms have white Egyptian cotton bedlinen and towels and most having doors leading out onto a south-west facing balcony overlooking the breathtaking mountain panorama. We also provide you with tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryers and luxury soft Chalet Famille bathrobes to relax in during your stay.

Chalet Famille is open throughout the year and is situated close to the main Nyon Cable Car and lifts and only a short distance to the centre of the village. In winter, one can ski direct from the chalet to the Nyon and safely tobbogan either side of the chalet. The old market town of Morzine with its traditional architecture, nestles around the church of St. Marie-Madeleine. It has several bars, restaurants and nightclubs and a leisure centre that includes an indoor ice rink, sauna and jacuzzi. There is also a bowling alley, two cinemas and an indoor swimming pool in the neighbouring village. The architecture has retained it's traditional charm with wooden chalets built with local pine, stone and slate that adds to the savoyard atmosphere. Morzine is at the heart of the Portes du Soleil region between Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc, right on the border with Switzerland and one hour from Italy.
