Things to do on holiday in Tignes, France

Two things spring to mind when you mention Tignes; snowboarding and skiing, but there are also a huge number of alternative activities to try.

Tignes and Val d’Isere share the huge skiing area know as L’Espace Killy, which is especially known for its magnificent off piste, made easily accessible by a maze of lifts. Tignes is also known as a haven for snowboarding. L’Espace Killy is home to a half pipe, boardercross course and some extensive freeriding.
