A spacious and comfortable apartment of 100 m2 on the second floor of a new chalet. Set in 4500 square m2 of semi woodland garden in a forest. It is very calm and surrounded by wild life. Kitchen is American style and is fully equipped - open on a large living area - 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6). Bathroom with shower and bath - and a nice balcony with a view on a peaceful garden. 1mile / centre Faverges: all general shops. 1,5 miles / Golf Giez. 4 miles to Lac ANNECY: The transparency and cleanliness of the water allows numerous nautical activities. including swimming, sailing, water skiing, diving, rowing and fishing. 15 miles / ANNECY: Called the 'Savoyarde Venice', Annecy is an old and historical town of irresistible charm. Situated around the canals, it is a delight to stroll the pedestrian gobbled streets. 12 miles / Alberville : Crossroads for all the major ski stations STRAWBERRY FIELDS are within 1h of La Clusaz/Courchevel/Val d'Isère Chamonix Mt Blanc at 1h30.
