Situated in one of the best parts of Chamonix in a prestigious block of only nine apartments, in a peaceful environment with dramatic views over Chamonix town to Le Brevent yet is only 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. A perfect location for Winter ski or Summer activities. Rental includes the Chamonix Carte d'hote (guest card ) where you get free bus passes and a few other discount perks.

Rates quoted are per week for the whole apartment. A 40% deposit will be required to secure your booking. Once we have received the deposit we will send you confirmation of your accommodation by email, fax or post. We will reserve the accommodation for 48 hours - this option will expire if we do not receive the deposit.
The balance of your holiday is due no later than two months prior to departure. If the booking is made less than 2 months prior to departure, then the total cost is payable immediately.

| Notes: | You won't need your car here but it can be parked securely in a lockable underground garage and there is plenty of space for skis etc. The apartment is finished to a luxurious alpine standard with top of the range traditional wooden furniture. The lounge has ample seating with a large dining table extending to 8 places and a two metre long settee/convertible. The terrestrial and satellite TV offer a wide selection of programmes. A DVD player and radio are also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring halogen hob, microwave oven, extractor fan, dish washer, large fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboard space. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 both have two singles and a fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 3 / Bunkroom has two full sized bunk beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom is fully equipped with bath and shower over, full size basin in vanitory unit. There is a separate toilet with basin and mirror. |
Linen Etc
Linen is included and comprises full bed sets, bath towels, bath mat and tea towels. A cot or hire may be available. There is no extra charge for Tax de Sejour, a local tax, and guests are entitled to the Carte d'Hote (Guest Card ) where they get free bus travel and a few other perks in Chamonix
