Attractive second floor apartment in a residence close to the centre of Chamonix, and convenient for all amenities. The apartment is on a split level, with a living/dining area with kitchenette, coin montagne with 2 bunk beds, toilet and bathroom on the main level, with a south-facing balcony with stunning views towards Mont Blanc. Above is a large double bedroom on the mezzanine level, with skylight window. The apartment has a basement cave for storage of skis, snowboards, mountain bikes etc, and has secure underground parking. The apartment is in a quiet area overlooking the river Arve, yet Place Balmat, at the very centre of Chamonix, can be reached easily on foot in 5 minutes, giving access to all the bars, restaurants, cafes and shops Chamonix has to offer. The nearest supermarket is just 2 minutes walk, with bakers, launderettes, and bus stops for the local town shuttle and valley bus (for access to all the ski areas) within 1-2 minutes.

Thanks for helping us to enjoy an excellent holiday.
The apartment was even better than advertised, very central, yet a surprisingly quiet location. Excellent instructions provided by email in advance, explaining all arrival instructions & local amenities. We enjoyed all the facilities right on our doorstep ... from the Boule de Neige Restaurant/Bar to the Bakers (just close enough for a warm breakfast!)
We we certainly be in touch again in 2008. Thanks!

Superb central apartment

Location of apartment was superb, facilities were excellent and the assistance we received prior to heading to the apartment and in the resort enabled us to have a very enjoyable family break.
I'm sure we'll be back there at some point in the future.

We have been staying 10 days in this wonderful appartment. Everything has been enjoyable, from the very nice correspondance with the owners, to the nice people at the Chamonix office. The appt. is very central, nice neighbourhood, very neat an clean, plenty of clean towels and nicely made beds. Wonderful view of the Aigilles de Midi from the balcony. Great atmosphere. Highly recommended.
