Special for discriminating and refined people. Immaculate Top Floor duplex. Half way between Bordeaux and La Rochelle. Exceptional view on the Ocean On the 5th and 6th floor of Oceanic residence, with large French windows opening up on all sides of the apartment on to a little balcony for each room with an exceptional view over Royan and St Georges but most important over the 2 big beaches of Royan and St Georges. Not only you can see them but you are 90 yards from the beach. In the morning be welcomed to the French coast, you don’t only get the sun but you get the view with it. The neighbours are nice and quiet, and even good in English. In the morning you can open the French windows onto the balcony feel the nice warm breeze and eat in front of the sun and the sea and go out on the beach or visit the attractions nearby through out the day or even stay in . Come back to the lovely sunset over the sea, dress up and go to one of St Georges bests restaurants just down the road
