Les Sapins II, Appt 04, Les Houches. The apartment is ideally located on the ground floor with one double bedroom and one bedroom fitted with bunk (cabin) beds. In addition, the lounge benefits from a double sofa bed. Also in the lounge is a brand new flat screen televesion & logical DVD player - together wth a range of books, games and DVDs. A Playstation with games is also available on request at no charge. The lounge and main bedroom lead onto a private patio with small garden which is pleasant throughout the seasons and has views of the Mont Blanc range. The apartment is conveniently situated in the village of Les Houches, 7km from Chamonix. The new Prarion cable car is 100 metres away and the apartment is opposite the Lake of les Chavants (fishing available with permit from Tourist Office). The apartment is in an ideal position to enjoy activities all year round. Changeover on Saturdays.

Les Houches is a beautiful mountain village in the Mont Blanc range. There are two lifts in the village. The new Prarion lift opened this winter, which gives fast access to the slopes. Ski runs vary from novice to black run and world cup. The apartment is 100m from this lift. There are a number of friendly restaurants and bars in the village. There are two supermarkets and a weekly village market in the town square. The village is ideally situated with all year interest for all age groups. Geneva is 70km by fast motorway or train. Chamonix is 7km as is the Mont Blanc Tunnel to Italy with access to the Aosta Valley and Courmayer. Annecy is one hour away with its freshwater lake which offers sailing, boating and swimming. The Diosaz Gorge, Merlet animal park and tree adventure are 4 Km from Les Houches. In Chamonix there is a luge run in the summer and access to the Mer de Glace in the summer and winter by the Montenvers tram. The Husky farm and St Bernard kennels are a few km.
