10 minutes walk from major places of interest like the Louvre Museum, Notre-Dame & the river Seine, the opera... the 6 flats are all located on the same floor in a 'Bourgeois' Building. The flats are in excellent condition, they have been renovated in 2004-2005. Food shopping is very easy and convenient only a couple of blocks away, at rue Montorgueil, a very well known street with its daily open-air market. There is a large room with queen size bed, large closet, sofa-bed, coffee table, cable TV + CD player, armchairs. Then there is a kitchen, w/stove/oven, toaster, coffee machine, a fridge/freezer and a microwave and a dishwasher. Bathroom is separate and has one washbasin, one standing shower and a WC. The whole apartment is brand new. Furniture, appliances, mattresses, bedding, etc are brand new. Linen and towels are provided. There is a phone line, limited to local calls and cable TV. The nearest metro station is located 50 meters away.

This flat is 70 sqm large, it has 2 separate bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen inside and 3 showers rooms equipped with toilets. The flat is very bright, overlooking the Boulevard. It has very high ceiling (3.80 m) and a wooden floor. The place has been fully renovated in 2004/ 2005. It is located in the heart of Paris, in the Second Arrondissement. The flat has 3 large beds (one in each bedroom, one in the living room) and 3 additional sofa bed (one in the bedroom, one in the living room)

Additional information about rental rates

  • The daily rate includes everything such as: power, hot & cold water, heating, lighting, taxes and local calls and cable TV. Please notice that the apartment and the furniture are brand new. The place is fully furnished included Cd player, cable TV and alarm clock. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, linen and kitchenware are provided. There are 2 separate bedrooms each one equipped with one large bed 160 x 220cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm and a bathroom with toilets. Then there is a large living room where the kitchen is, equipped also with one large bed 160 x 220cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. The rate does not include bank transfer fees (usually there is no fee inside Euro countries for regular bank transfer).
  • Cleaning option -
    For the cleaning when you leave, you have two solutions.
    Either you do it completely before you leave, or I order a specialised company to do it and it is 75 euros (please inform me with your booking). You should vacuum and mop the floor, wipe the tables, chairs and kitchen, clean the basin, the toilets and the shower cabin, empty the fridge and clean it, clean inside the oven, take out the garbage and put it in the garbage-bins in the yard.
    Please notice that an invoice of 100 euros will be send to you if the cleaning is not done after you left the place.

FLAT IN LEDRU ROLLIN

good location, ,ideal for metro and great bakery and small supermarket across the street. plenty of pubs etc nearby.
Flat a good size, doesn't look like the pictures though. It needs a coat of paint, as paintwork grubby, kitchen tiny but fine if you don't intend to cook - well equipped.
Bedrooms - double beds in both -very comfortable with spotless linen , 2nd one a bit smaller with no real place to hang clothes. Very noisy neighbours on one side who were noisy until about 6am. we were given instructions about behaviour and noise level from the letting agent before arrival, which is a bit much considering how much noise we heard!!
Bathrooms - one shower room with a lightbulb and exposed wire which flickered a lot, hanging from the wall!!
- separate toilet with no window or extractor fan which had a leaking pipe which had a small bowel under it which needed to be emptied several times a day.
sofa bed in living room which we didn't use, but the cover needs a good wash!!
we had a good time and enjoyed our stay, but it could have been much nicer if it had a bit of TLC
