This is a spacious 3 Bedroom apartment on a quiet street in a secret corner of the Marais, on the 3rd floor with an elevator. We have a Jacuzzi, large gourmet kitchen and an important art collection. You'll comfortably serve dinner for 8 on our Italian plates; sleep like a log in our silent bedrooms and amble downstairs for a tour of the local art galleries, trendy bars, superb restaurants and cozy bistros. We're a short (2 min.) walk to the Place de la Republique; 10 minutes from the Place des Vosges; 2 minutes from one of the best indoor food markets in Paris and seconds away from about half of Paris's museums, including the Picasso, the Carnavalet, the Museum of Hunting and Nature, the Jewish Museum and (of course) the Pompidou Center of Modern Art. You'll be in the heart of Paris, in a silent, peaceful oasis: our visitors tell us they hate to leave the apartment! Please contact us for our web site address.

Our apartment is located on a quiet street in the Marais, close to the Marais's principal tourist attractions, including the Place des Vosges, the Carnavalet Museum, the Picasso Museum and the trendy shops on the rue des Francs Bourgeois. We are a 30 second walk from the charming (and extremely kid-friendly) park in front of the Little City Hall for the Third Arrondissement; less than 5 minutes from the subway in the Place de la Republiuqe; a 15 minute stroll to Notre Dame-- the towers of which are visible from the corner of our street-- and within shjouting distance of some of the best food shopping --and trendy restaurants -- in all of Paris.

Interesting comfortable Paris apt

Very nice experience
Enjoyed especially large living room with dining table.
Note small but functional elevator.
Bicycle rental, Monoprix and Metro nearby.
Very calm street, nice caffe on the corner.
Did not use jacuzzi and beaware of stares in bathroom.
Comfortable for 4 adults an two children (but not for young ones as there are many interesting objects around).
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers
Owner's Response: Thanks for the kind words. I assume the writer meant "stairs," as there is a a single stair between the main level of the bathroom floor and the bathtub. But I rather like the idea of "beware of stares in the bathroom." That's good advice!
