You will feel at home in this large (750 sq. feet), open plan 1 bedroom apartment in the very heart of Paris. At the edge of the Marais district, near the Pompidou Center, it is only a few minutes walk from most of the important sites of Paris. On the 5th floor, with elevator, it overlooks a courtyard and the roofs of Paris and is very quiet. It is air-conditioned. The owners are art collectors and love cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped to create gourmet meals to entertain your friends in your own mini-art-gallery (the dining table seats 6 comfortably), but if you are lazy the area is full of great restaurants. Note: This apartment is strictly for non-smokers - Smokers need not apply!

• Minimum 3 nights rental. Short stay rate (5 nights or fewer) 150 euros per night;
  Rate reduced to 140 EUROS/night for stays of six nights or longer.
  If more than 2 people: add 15EUROS per night per additional person.
  For longer stays, a weekly maid service is included in the rate.
  We accept only payment in Euros.
  
• 50%, non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.
  Balance is due 3 weeks before the start of the rental.
