This charming fully furnished apartment is situated between the Bastille and Place Republique, only 20 metres from the Metro Oberkampf which is on two metro lines, one of which has a direct line to Eurostar at the Gare du Nord. The flat is also within walking distance of the Opera at the Place de la Bastille and the Marais. The accommodation consists of 3 double bedrooms, two with double beds, one with ensuite bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. The second bedroom has twin beds and in the third adjoining bedroom/study area there is a double bed looking out onto the bijoux conservatory. The second bathroom has a shower and toilet. The living room is delightfully furnished with a working period fireplace, Cable TV, stereo, telephone and broadband. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, and microwave. There is also a washing machine and dryer. Linens are provided. This is the ideal apartment to explore the most beautiful city in the world.

  • Weekly rental rate is £900.00. However, the normal minimum rental period is five nights, at a rate of £145 per night. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking, the balance payment is due eight weeks before the rental period. A security deposit is also required (with the balance of the rental fee) of £150.00 per week or part week, against damage. For three or four night rental periods the rental fee is £145.00 per night plus an additional charge of £40.00 making a total of £475 for three nights or £620 for four nights. During the Christmas period the rental fee is £145.00 per night with a minimum stay of five nights and a weekly rate of £980.00

Notes: Although there is no lift, the apartment is on the first floor, and is easily accessible. The living room faces West so there is plenty of light and sunshine. Another feature is a small conservatory which overlooks the courtyard.

The flat is also situated very close the Boulevard Richard Lenoir which has a twice weekly street market, selling everything from Auvergne sausages and organic vegetables to dried flowers. Well worth a visit. Also just a quick walk up the rue Oberkampf you will find all you require for a culinary delight. The Marais is within walking distance with the Picasso museum and the Place des Vosges. Around the corner is the Cirque d'Hiver. A stroll down the Blvd Richard Lenoir towards the Bastille - and watch a game of boules or wander along the Canal St Martin.

Transport: Ideal flat for discovering Paris. One minutes walk from the Metro Oberkampf. Three stops on a direct line from the Gare du Nord and Eurostar. Direct line to shopping on the Grands Boulevards - Galerie Lafayette etc also direct line to Champs Elysees. 96 bus to Left Bank -and Blvd St Germain. Parking is also not too difficult in the neighbourhood if you wish to bring your car. There is a pay car park close to the flat, they charge approx. 25 euros for 24 hours. Instructions provided from the Peripherique to the flat. Eurodisney is also well within reach of the apartment. From the metro Oberkampf direct to the metro station Nation then change on to the RER to Marne La Vallee Chessy - it should take between 45 minutes to an hour.

We were a party of five adults and found the flat spacious and very well appointed. It is very close to Eurostar and with the metro a stones throw away all sights of Paris were easily accessable. The flat was clean, comfortable and certainly no need to take holiday reading with you as the flat is full of bookcases and plenty of travel guides to make the most of your holiday. The owner was friendly and very helpful. We would recommend this property for a wonderful break in this fasicnating city.

Some of our group have been in Paris several times before. But this stay was the first in an apartment. It was a great experience and we will repeat that as soon as possible. We found everything exactly as it was described. The flat is excellent for 4 adults. Beds couldn't be better; modern, well equipped kitchen. A friendly livingroom. Very clean. Metro-Station just in front of the house, as well as shops and restaurants and once a week a market. We would recommend this location to a friend for a stay in Paris.

Einige von unserer Gruppe waren bereits mehrfach in Paris. Aber es war das erste Mal in einer Ferienwohnung. Es war eine großartige Erfahrung, die wir gerne bald wiederholen würden. Wir fanden alles genau wie beschrieben vor. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Erwachsene optimal. Die Betten könnten nicht besser sein. Die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Metro-Station liegt direkt vor dem Haus, ebenso sind Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einmal pro Woche gibt es einen Wochenmarkt. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit einem Freund zum Aufenthalt empfehlen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable apartment. Everything you need is close to hand, bakers, supermarket etc. and the metro is literally over the road. The kitchen in the apartment is well equipped, but we did not use it much due to the abundance of restaurants close by. There is a good stereo in the apartment lounge area which has slots for SD cards and USB devices, very useful. The bathrooms are clean and well equipped, the showers are both good and quite powerful. Next time we go to Paris we will definitely try and stay in this apartment again.

We have visited Paris many times, but in the past we have always stayed in hotels. This was our first taste of Parisian apartment life, and we loved it. The flat was perfectly situated, close to a lively area with restaurants, (République- 5 minutes walk along a main street), the front door literally steps from a Metro stop with direct lines to central Paris, and within very easy walking distance of all necessary shops. Immaculate, well furnished and equipped, the flat was a perfect base for a family group like ours with 3 teenagers, and even the neighbours were friendly and helpful. Well recommended!
