As this is the perfect flat for a short break it is available for a minimum of two nights, whether in the week or the weekend. However we think if you have a week (or more) you can treat it as a home from home, and actually start living like a Parisien - cooking French cuisine, drinking French wine, even watching a bit of French TV!   • This bathroom is sumptous. There is a Full-size bath with hand-held shower, within a huge tiled area perfect for flowers, candles, bottles of wine - what you will really. Dozens of full-size towels are on a heated towel rail, alongside full length, fluffy white robes and Molton Brown toiletries. Hairdryer, large umbrella and fan stored in a huge cupboard with hangers and shelves for your clothes, shoes and toiletries.

  • This bedroom is very large, with a beautiful parquet floor, original marble fireplace and wide marble mantelpiece, and enormous antique mirror. Contemporary furnishing brings it right up to date. The shuttered window looks out onto a typically Parisian hidden courtyard. The bedroom is very quiet. However, when you are lying in the fabulously comfy double bed, you can sometimes hear the distant rumble of the Paris Metro far, far beneath you. How much more authentic can you get? There are lots of blankets for those cool winter nights, and beautiful Egyptian cotton sheets for the hot summer evenings. You won't want to leave! 1 double bed, 1 cot, one blow-up bed. All bedding provided. Egyptian cotton sheets and pure wool blankets. In the lounge there is also a double sofa bed.

Further details for the apartment in Paris, France

The flat is looked after by my French agent, Gail Boisclair who is French/Canadian and bilingual in French and English. It is fully cleaned after each guest's departure. Linen and towels are naturally freshly changed for each guest. On arrival, Gail or one of her staff will personally meet you and hand you the keys. Gail lives locally and is on hand in case of any unforeseen problems. She is very efficient and a great resource if you need her! There is also a spare set in the flat when you arrive, plus a full array of maps, restaurant suggestions, bus timetables, English guide books to Paris - everything you need to get going straight away!
