Additional information about rental rates

  • The rate for the requested dates is 50 euros per night for a stay of 7 nights or more, 55 euros for a shorter stay. Between Dec 20th and January 10th, it is 60 euros per night. This rate includes everything such as: power, hot & cold water, heating, lighting, taxes and local calls. Please notice that the furniture and the equipment are brand new. It does not included bank or paypal fees.
  • Cleaning option -
    For the cleaning when you leave, you have two solutions -
    Either you do it completely before you leave, or I order a specialised company to do it and it is 25 euros (please inform me with your booking). You should vacuum and mop the floor, wipe the tables, chairs and kitchen, clean the basin, the toilets and the shower cabin, empty the fridge and clean it, clean inside the oven, take out the garbage and put it in the garbage-bins in the yard.
    Please notice that an invoice of 50 euros will be send to you if the cleaning is not done after you left the place.

Paris flat in June

Our original request was booked (full), so we were given this alternative, which proved to be a wonderful option on Monmartre Rue. The flat was clean, well stocked, spacious, and convenient to everything we wanted to do in Paris. There was a grocery store within less than a block, and many street markets with fruit, breads, pastries, and flowers. There was an elevator and the subway was just a short walk, and the main attractions could be reached by foot if you wanted to explore along the way. Our main disappointment was not having internet or TV, and not easily getting that taken care of. We absolutely recommend a stay and would love to stay there again. The price was amazingly reasonable for downtown Paris.

Altes Haus mit Charme. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock und man sollte schon gut zu Fuß sein.Die Wohnung ist für eine Städtetour voll ausreichend. Wir waren zu viert da, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager und wer eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist für den reicht die Wohnung auf jeden Fall. 2 Räume Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit 2 Schlafmöglichkeiten. Eßtisch muss auf bzw. abgebaut werden (war aber kein Problem). Die Sauberkeit ging so aber ich bin da auch sehr pingelig - ich habe einmal noch drübergeputzt dann war das auch ok. Die Wohnung liegt in einem MultiKultibezirk mit Supermärkten in der Nähe (200 m weiter sogar ein günstiger - ähnliche Preise wie in Deutschland). Die Wohnung liegt an einer recht gut befahrenen Strasse(auch Nachts) Bei geschlossenem Fenster geht das aber mit dem Lärm. Die Metro ist 400 m entfernt und die nächste Bushaltestelle nur 25 m entfernt und da wir gerne den Bus genutzt haben war das optimal. Alles in allem würden wir diese Wohnung wieder buchen, auch wenn die Anreise - durch vorher Schlüssel abholen etwas umständlich war.
