Rental rates for the apartment in Paris, France

Notes to the rental rates

• The rate for the requested dates is 50 euros per night for a stay of 7 nights or more, 55 euros for a shorter stay. Between Dec 20th and January 10th, it is 60 euros per night. This rate includes everything such as: power, hot & cold water, heating, lighting, taxes and local calls. Please notice that the furniture and the equipment are brand new. It does not included bank or paypal fees.
  
• Cleaning option -
  For the cleaning when you leave, you have two solutions -
  Either you do it completely before you leave, or I order a specialised company to do it and it is 25 euros (please inform me with your booking). You should vacuum and mop the floor, wipe the tables, chairs and kitchen, clean the basin, the toilets and the shower cabin, empty the fridge and clean it, clean inside the oven, take out the garbage and put it in the garbage-bins in the yard.
  Please notice that an invoice of 50 euros will be send to you if the cleaning is not done after you left the place.
