Sleeping Accommodation:
The bedroom with the en suite bathroom has a queen size bed comfortably sleeping two weary adults. You will find as well plenty of space in a separate dressing room to put away your belongings and to settle in.
In the living room there are 2 sofa beds (one double, one single) that may sleep 3 people.
However, the use of sofa beds is strictly limited to youngsters and on the overall, the occupation of the flat must not exceed two adults and three kids/teenagers.

The flat is conveniently equipped with 2 WC, one in the bathroom and another in a cloakroom. In the bathroom, you will find separate washer and dryer units, and a large tub with a shower.
A 'Cuisine Americaine' (open kitchen) with cutting edge amenities such as induction hob and top of the line microwave and electrical oven,a self-standing freezer, allows you to be part of the conversation while you are cooking or just reheat some of the many take-out available in the surrounding restaurants. The apartment is located on rue des abbesses in the heart of Antoine Doinel or Amélie Poulain’s cinematic universes. You are in one of the most (if not the most) picturesque neighborhood in the capital city. Every corner of the Montmartre/Abbesses “Village” has something to offer and reserves a surprise, even to the most bored of its inhabitants. This is one of the liveliest neighborhoods in Paris at the footsteps of the Sacré-Coeur basilica and walking distance to Picasso’s “Bateau Lavoir”. The Abbesses area is also known as one of the best in town for food shopping. You will find a number of bakeries, pastry shops, fish shops, butchers, cheese shops, wine sellers, charcuteries (delis), spice shops -- and you even have several to choose from for each kind. Only a 3 minutes walk form the apartment is 'Studio 28' a unique Art Nouveau movie theater that was decorated by Jean Cocteau. Within the same radius, two live theaters can be found: theatre des Abbesses and theatre de l'Atelier.
