The flat is located near the “Tour Eiffel” and “Champs de Mars”. Walking distances from the apartment are: 5 minutes for the nearest metro station, 10 minutes from the “Bateaux Mouches” and “Trocadero”. The studio has been renovated in October 2005. The flat is now fully equipped.

  • Rates & Equipment: The rate for the requested dates is 50 euros per night for a stay of 7 nights or more, 55 euros for a shorter stay (except for low and high season). This rate includes everything such as: power, hot & cold water, heating, lighting, taxes and local calls. Please notice that the apartment and the furniture are brand new. The place is fully furnished included CD player, cable TV and alarm clock. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, linen and kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 220cm and a sofa bed 90 x 200cm. There are also a brand new bathroom and toilets inside the apartment.
    The rate does not include bank transfer fees (usually there is no fee inside Euro countries for regular bank transfer).

    Area: The place is located near the “Tour Eiffel” and “Champs de Mars”. Walking distances from the apartment are: 5 minutes for the nearest metro station, 10 minutes from the “Bateaux Mouches” and “Trocadero”.
  • Cleaning option: For the cleaning when you leave, you have two solutions
    Either you do it completely before you leave, or I order a specialised company to do it and it is 25 euros (please inform me with your booking). You should vacuum and mop the floor, wipe the tables, chairs and kitchen, clean the basin, the toilets and the shower cabin, empty the fridge and clean it, clean inside the oven, take out the garbage and put it in the garbage-bins in the yard. Please notice that an invoice of 50 euros will be send to you if the cleaning is not done after you left the place.

Good points were location to metro and just off a shopping street with a supermarket and very friendly bar. Not quite the 200 metres from Eiffel Tower though - more like 20 min walk. Nice clean and comfortable bed.

However, the apartment is small and we couldn't get any heaters to work - and many bulbs not working either. Damp/mould patches on walls and loads of condensation despite opening windows (in freezing weather). Not as clean as I expected (having paid the 25 Euros for a professional clean at the end of our stay).

But, good cheap rent for a few days in Paris

value for money but will give you stress

the apartment resembles the picture. distance from metro is also truly represented. the property was clean and well maintained. The shower was especially nice and hot after a long day of walk. these are all the good things.

However, the challenge was to pick up the key from a different spot other than the apartment. The instruction (one entire page) is not bad but complicated for a foreigner, e.g get to address A, then punch a door code and then go up several floor and then get to a safe, get the key and then leave money in the safe, etc. Then after getting the key, go to address B for your apartment. Imagine if you have 3 pieces of luggage and a child after a red eye flight in a foreign country, does it sound right for you? This could only be worse if your flight arrives late in Paris. How about if the code fails to open the safe. What is the Plan B? Luckily we finally meet a representative that the owner send, so I can give the cash and exchange keys with a live person.

Besides the key to the main lobby does not work well. We are so worry that we will break the key. Even the apartment door key is challenging to work with.

If I am visiting again, i will pick an apartment that have a live person that I can talk to and there is no need for a different address for keys.
