This delightful, recently refurbished apartment is situated in the eleventh arrondissement in a classic 19th century building. It is close to the lively area of the rue Oberkampf and within walking distance of the Marais. The flat offers all you need for a week or long weekend in Paris. The apartment is on the second floor with lift, sleeps a maximum of six, with two bedrooms. The metro Parmentier, direct line to the Opera, Grands Magasins, museums and galleries is a couple of minutes from your door. The lively area of the rue Oberkampf is a few steps down the road, with restaurants and delightful food shops. The accomodation has two double bedrooms, one with king size bed and en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a shower-room with a WC. The living room, with sofa bed, has a working period fireplace,TV, DVD/CD player, and internet access. The kitchen/dining area is equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is situated nearby to the rue Oberkampf, with its marvellous food shops. The Boulevard Richard Lenoir is very close with a twice weekly street market, selling all you need - for a gourmet meal. The Marais is also within walking distance with the Picasso museum and Place des Vosges. The Metro from Parmentier will take you to the Grand Magasins and the Paris Opera, and five minutes walk away from the Metro Oberkampf, which is on two lines, will take you directly to the Eurostar at Gare du Nord in fifteen minutes, or to the Champs Elysees. The number 46 bus goes directly from Gare du Nord to Av Parmentier (get off at Oberkampf).

  • The weekly rate is £830 The normal minimum rental period is five nights at a rate of £130.00 per night. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking, the balance payment is due eight weeks before the rental period. A security deposit is also required (with the balance of the rental fee) of £150.00 per week or part week, against damage. For three or four night rental periods the rental fee is £130.00 per night plus an additional fee of £40 making a total of £430.00 for three nights or £560.00 for four nights. Chris the owner gives an accurate description of location and amenities. Chris was very helpful and easy to work with, even allowing us to drop our luggage off early. The apartment was clean, airy and very comfortable. Groceries and resturaunts are easily accessable. The metro and bus stops are just steps away. Our group of 4 adults truly enjoyed our stay. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax after a busy day of sight seeing. Again I want to thank Chris for all her help and a wonderful apartment which helped to make our Paris vacation one to remember. If I ever return to Paris I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Paris apartment 11th E 2 bedrooms

There were 2 couples sharing this 2 bedroom 2 BR well maintained and clean apartment. We loved the area and our total experience in Paris.Would rent this again and would highly recommend it. However mirrors in the bedroom would be a welcomed addition. Wonderfully equipped kitchen in which we created great meals. Dryer and washer were a great feature. Very active and safe neighborhood with many stores, shops, bars and restaurants. Parmentier Metro stop about 200 ft away. .

Spent a special birthday celebration in Paris, stayed at the apartment with 2 grown up daughters an their partners. Accommodation was perfect for us and the sofa-bed very comfortable, the location was ideal for a city break, very close to the bus and metro. Would definitely return and stay here again. The only slight problem was there were not enough towels, but after a phone call - some more arrived the next day. Also, it would be good to have a few tea-towels for the items not put in the dishwasher!

We (2 adults, 2 seniors, 2 children under 10) stayed here and were extremely pleased with both the apartment and the location. Apartment was very clean and well stocked (glasses, plates, etc.). Beds are very comfortable. Internet access was a lifesaver. Oberkampf is around the corner and very convenient to pick up gourmet/take-away foods. Weekly market is 5 minutes away. Great local "trendy" restaurants nearby. Close to 2nd and 3rd districts where we walked daily. Easy transport. Owners were fantastic to deal with. Very quick responses. Would highly recommend.
