Notes to the rental rates

• The minimum rental period is three nights. There is an additional charge per night for 4 person occupancy of £10 (or £95/night total). A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. A £150 security deposit is also required against damage. This is payable with the balance of rental.

The 11th arrondissement boasts some additional fun activities including the weekly market on Boulevard Richard Lenoir featuring authentic french staples like fois gras, sausages and cheese - perfect for a picnic in the nearby park (1 block from apartment) or a romantic dinner at home. Hip & trendy rue Oberkampf offers kitsch shops and great people watching at the Cafe Charbon or Chez Justine. For those with a sense of adventure and humour, visit the Cirque d'Hiver for evening at the circus.

Day Trips

Exciting day trips to Versailles, Eurodisney and the champagne city of Rheims are easily taken from Paris. Most journeys are between 30 minutes to one hour.

Transport

From the Gare du Nord/Eurostar via the Metro, take either the Line 5 (direction Place d'Italie) and get off at Richard Lenoir (5 stops). It is a 10 minute walk. Alternatively, take the same line, change at Oberkampf (4 stops) to Line 9 (direction Mairie de Montreuil) and get off at St. Ambroise (1 stop). It is a 5 minute walk. By taxi, it should be 15 minutes depending on traffic and cost approximately 15 euros. Baggage is an extra charge. From Charles du Gaulle airport, the RER B line runs from the airport to the Gare du Nord. Alternatively, taxis are available as well as pre-booking an airport shuttle.
