The place is located right in the center of Paris between the 3rd and 10th district near Place de la République. 3 minutes from the flat you can take the metro and go to the Louvre Museum, the Opera, NotreDame in 15 minutes, the Seine River and Notre Dame. We can also walk to the Marais and Bastille area. The area is safe and quiet. The rate for the requested dates is between 50 euros and 60 euros per night. This rate includes everything such as: power, hot & cold water, heating, lighting, taxes. Please notice that the apartment and the furniture are brand new. The place is fully furnished included CD player, cable TV and alarm clock. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, linen and kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 200cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. There are also a brand new bathroom and toilets inside the apartment.

Rental rates for the apartment in Paris, France

Notes to the rental rates

• The weekly rate are between 300 euros and 385 euros depending on the month. 420 euros per week in December / January. Lower rates for longer stay. Higher rates for shorter stay with a maximum of 60 euros per night.
  
• This rate includes everything such as: power, hot & cold water, heating, lighting, taxes. Please notice that the apartment and the furniture are brand new. The place is fully furnished included Cd player, cable TV and alarm clock. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, linen and kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 200 cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. There are also a brand new bathroom and toilets inside the apartment.
  The rate does not include bank transfer fees (usually there is no fee inside Euro countries for regular bank transfer). ATTENTION : The flat is finished and brand new but there are some works in the corridors. The lift has not been installed yet.
  
• Cleaning option.
  For the cleaning when you leave, you have two solutions:
  Either you do it completely before you leave, or I order a specialised company to do it and it is 25 euros (please inform me with your booking). You should vacuum and mop the floor, wipe the tables, chairs and kitchen, clean the basin, the toilets and the shower cabin, empty the fridge and clean it, clean inside the oven, take out the garbage and put it in the garbage bins in the yard.
  Please notice that an invoice of 50 euros will be send to you if the cleaning is not done after you left the place.
  UP TO TODAY THE BUILDING IS UNDER RENOVATION. SO WE ARE PLEASE TO OFFER THE CLEANING OPTION.
