About the area: Montmartre continues to attract Parisians and tourists alike, with its bistros, brasseries, boulangeries (bakeries), sidewalk cafes and boutiques, dotting its streets. At the rue Lepic market you will find all that your heart desires in gastronomic fare and quick eats. What visit to Montmartre would be complete without a visit to Sacre Coeur which is just minutes from the apartment. Made famous in numerous films and songs, view the red painted mill of the Moulin Rouge where you can still see a good old fashioned Cancan. The beloved 'quartier' of Van Gogh, Toulouse-Lautrec, Renoir & countless other great painters and artists, is yours not just for a moment but for a life time.

About the Location: The apartment is located right in the heart of the rue Lepic market but no need to worry about street noise as all the apartment's windows are facing the courtyard You are between two metro stations here, Abbesses and Blanche and have various bus lines available to wiz you around Paris in a short time.

About the Apartment: When you first walk into the apartment you have a lovely well equipped kitchen off to your right. We have managed to fit in a washing machine, a dishwasher, and combination microwave oven. You will find all that you need in our cupboards to prepare delicious meals to entice and delight your friends and family. Why not schedule a cooking lesson with our chef Eric Fraudeau? Or visit the market in rue Lepic and pick up some great eats. The living room also has a half-moon dining table which folds out to seat 4 people. We have put in a sofa bed that sleeps like a real bed. Relax after your long day of sightseeing and watch a DVD or tune into international news on the cable television. We have also installed highspeed internet access for your laptop computer so you are never too far. Enter the bedroom where you find a comfortable double-sized bed fit for a queen.

The website description & photos of the apartment were true, the reality splendid with everything we could want on hand,clean & beautifully presented,quiet & relaxing to come home to after huge sightseeing days. Rue Lepic is a wonderful street for food, wine & people, Montmartre all you wish for the Paris experience with easy to access public transport. Communication with Yetunde was always amiable when making the booking, when she met us on arrival, also when we needed help during our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment & relaxed atmosphere of the area to my friends & to anyone considering an apartment in Paris for their holiday.

Loved "French Flair" on Rue Lepic

My husband and I stayed in the apartment for two weeks in December 2008. Everything inside the apartment was as depicted on the website - and the apartment was clean, well maintained and had everything you need to make your stay in Paris comfortable.

The bed and lounges are very comfortable, the provision of wireless internet and a MAC computer make refining your sightseeing activities and choosing restaurants very easy and the kitchen has all the things you need to make wonderful meals.

The area surrounding the apartment was great - Rue Lepic has numerous restaurants, cafes, fresh produce sellers, fish markets, cheese, chocolate and wine shops - it is truly a foodies heaven.

There are 2 metro stations within easy walk - although to be honest we only used the Metro to go to and from the airport. We walked everywhere in Paris. The walk from the apartment to the Louvre for instance is a nice twenty minute stroll through Paris.

The service provided by Yetunde was first class - we were met at the apartment when we arrived, shown through how everything works (oven, dishwasher, laundry, tv and cable) plus given a fantastic reference guide about the area - complete with transport information and restaurant suggestions.

We loved our time in French Flair and will certainly be recommending the place to our friends and family.
