I thought that the lack of an oven would be an impediment to my culinary adventures: in
fact, it permitted me to be more innovative and I surprised myself with the
delicious meals that could be prepared with only a microwave and two plates
on the electric stove.
Being situated on the 6th floor has its benefits as far as I'm concerned.
You are spared any overhead noises, have a spectacular view of the other
apartment roofs and chimneys, the blue sky on a clear day and get the
glorious afternoon sun. The white paint, windows and skylines provide
adequate lighting. Furthermore, although serviced by an elevator, I always
took the stairs - this was excellent exercise and firmed the derriere
substantially!
The superb location of the apartment was also a huge bonus. It is very
central and in close proximity to all the notable tourist sites, shopping
areas and entertainment centres.!!
