Charming studio in a typical Parisian area near Montmartre in the 18th area. Discover Paris in one of the very typical Parisian area at a very good price. Very quiet and luminous overlooking a large garden. 18 square meters (around 200 sq. feet) 5th French floor ( 6th American floor) with a lift. Fully equipped furnished studio. separate fully equipped kitchen Separated bathroom with shower The building has a security code at the street level entrance and lock and inter phone for the hall entrance. It is quiet and very secure. Will allow you to live like a Parisian. The main room : Wireless internet connection,TV, telephone and answering system (free for incoming and local calls), radio/alarm clock, central heating and wooden floor. Fold able baby bed available. Guide books and maps. Linen provided. Separated kitchen : The kitchen has an oven, a microwave, hotplate, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, cooking pots, utensils, expresso coffee maker.

Once you master the split in the Metro: remember to Take the Blue, You are in a very authentic and economical section of Paris. Everything you need is literally within a two block radius...Flowers, Fruit, Internet, Cheese, Poulet Roti, Bread, Wine...And the Metro itself is Very Close. Yet the Room is so Quiet, no elevator noise, just birdsong. It does face East, so be prepared to awaken early.
One can walk to the Famous Flea Market any morning, a few blocks north. Continue on the Blue 13 line and visit St Denis Catherdral where all the kings of France are buried.
The owner, Michelle is very accomodating and available.
USA people, pay her on Paypal and say goodbye to Horrible Exchange rates and fees.

Small quiet studio apartment

This small quiet studio is located off a busy street in a residential neighborhood with lots of shops and markets and good access to the Metro and other transportation. It is in a safe well maintained building with an elevator. Most of the other apartments are private residences and there was no problem with noise from them.

The bed is a convertible sofa which is comfortable and big enough for two. Wireless internet, phone and TV are part of the rental and the owner, who speaks English, is happy to help with suggestions and recommendations. The kitchen was well equipped for breakfast or a dinner purchased at one of the many nearby markets and the bathroom is big enough.

The apartment is not centrally located in Paris but it there is good access and it is really “living in Paris”
