Cleaning option: For the cleaning when you leave, you have two solutions
Either you do it completely before you leave, or I order a specialised company to do it and it is 25 euros (please inform me with your booking). You should vacuum and mop the floor, wipe the tables, chairs and kitchen, clean the basin, the toilets and the shower cabin, empty the fridge and clean it, clean inside the oven, take out the garbage and put it in the garbage-bins in the yard.
Please notice that an invoice of 50 euros will be sent to you if the cleaning is not done after you left the place.

The flat is very bright and covers a space of 53 sqm with a living room, a separated bedroom, with a separated kitchen, bathroom and toilets, and a little balcony. The place is fully furnished included CD player, cable TV. The kitchen is fully equiped. Towels, linen and kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 200cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. One extra mattress could be add for a fifth guest. (10 euros for your stay) The rate does not include bank transfer fees (usually there is no fee inside Euro countries for regular bank transfer). |
