LES STUDIOS ST SEVERIN Our studio is up two flights of stairs, in a historical building with 2 tall windows looking out on a pedestrian street. The studio is bright, with 2 windows, furnished with a double bed, TV, cafe-style table & chairs. There is a folded mattress which unfold into a twin bed for third person. The kitchenette is equipped with two cooking plates, microwave, coffee maker and a fridge. Free WIFI Internet.

You will be steps away from the romantic Bridges of River La Seine & church Notre Dame; at the heart of Paris in a pedestrian street lined with cafes, restaurants, bakeries and shops which create a festive ambiance. But pragmatically being centered saves money....as you can walk everywhere to all major monuments.

My fiance and I visited Paris for the first time in December 2007. We rented Claude and Violaine's apartment in the Latin Quarters -- and were beyond impressed with what we received. From the start, they both emailed me plenty of information that prepared us for the trip. They also had locals in Paris check up on us now and then to make sure we were comfortable. The location of the apartment was the best!! Everywhere we went in Paris could not compare to "home" in the Latin Quarters. The apartment was super clean, warm and right in the middle of everything we wanted -- food, entertainment, shopping and many more. We could not stop talking about our experience in Paris to our friends and have recommended Claude and Violaine's properties to all of our friends and family. We are already planning a second trip back and will look to book with Claude and Violaine!
