It has a queen size bed and the living room sofa converts to a full-size double bed. To ensure you feel completely at home while on vacation, the apartment is equipped with TV, CD & DVD players, computer with unlimited Internet access, telephone, bedlinen, towels, cutlery and crockery. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday or you can sample the many wonderful restaurants nearby.

• Monthly rates also available: €2,500 /month, min. 2 months.
  
• Booking deposit = 50 per cent of total rental rate, due within 5 days of booking. to confirm reservation. Balance to be paid in full on arrival. Note: Until a booking is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
  Damage/security deposit = €200, refundable within 14 days of departure, less any damages.

Eating - in or out

There are several excellent restaurants within a few steps of the apartment. Enjoy traditional French cuisine, sample the delights of Italian cooking or enjoy some Japanese sushi, all in your own neighbourhood. There are also a number of interesting cafés and bars for an afternoon of people-watching or a night on the town, or just for a quiet drink before heading home to cook dinner. There are wonderful food shops all around - marvel at the variety of breads and cakes in the boulangeries, sample the many cheeses at the fromageries, take the easy way out and order prepared food from the traiteurs (delis) or buy your own ingredients and cook up a romantic dinner for two or a delicious meal for friends at the apartment, in the fully-equipped kitchen. Stopping off in Paris on your way to the ski slopes? This apartment offers the perfect break beforehand or a wind-down retreat afterwards. From Paris, you can drive to the mountains or take the high-speed TGV train to Lyon and then on to the Alps.

Golf Information:

There are some excellent golf courses just outside Paris if the call of the green gets too much for you!
