• Weekly rental Euro 1800-2550. Rental confirmed on receipt of 50% of rental fee. Balance due minimum 8 weeks before start of occupancy. Security deposit (we will hold a cheque) Euro 500 refundable on departure (or GBP, US$, CND$ equivalent). The security deposit is fully refundable. We may also consider shorter bookings. Non-smoking.
  
• Rental includes check-out housekeeping, linen service ( for rentals longer than one week, this is a weekly service including housekeeping) free long distance phone calls within Europe (landlines only) and to landlines and cell phones in North America. Free high speed wireless internet access.
