This quiet studio is located in the heart of Paris, in a large pedestrian area called Montorgueil Street. There are many restaurants, food stores and bars around the flat. It is also very convenient to walk to Louvre Museum, Seine River and Notre Dame. The studio is very well equiped with brand new furniture's. The bed is located on a large mezzanine located above the kitchen and the bathroom.

Walking distances from the apartment are: 3 minutes for the nearest metro station, 10 minutes from the Louvre Museum, the Seine River and Notre Dame. The area is safe and quiet. The flat is located in a 17th century building in the Montorgueil area. The flat is on the large courtyard so quiet and bright and on the ground floor. The building is very safe with 2 gates and the flat has curtains.

    Please notice that an invoice of 50 euros will be send to you if the cleaning is not done after you left the place.
