Spacious and comfortable, this 300 square feet studio apartment is completely new (renovated in 2007) and decorated in the spirit of the Latin Quarter. It has A/C + DSL line. Really beautiful and fully renovated, the apartment can house up to four people, in the most demanded area of Paris. It is located at the angle of rue St Severin and rue Xavier Privas, in the heart of the Latin Quarter, metro station St Michel. The studio is located on the second floor overlooking a pedestrian street and the beautiful Church St Severin. It is a perfect place for resting and enjoying the most lively and typical area of Paris. The studio is centrally located and close to public transportation, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, churches, bakeries, and banks. The studio features a living room with a loft, one king-size bed, one sofa bed, cable TV , DVD player, stereo, telephone, and air conditioner. The full kitchen features a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and washer/dryer machine. Full bathroom

We just completed a 15 day vacation in Europe and I wanted to let you know how pleased we were with your website and the rentals we secured through Holiday Rentals. We spent 5 days in Paris and 5 days in Rome. Both rentals

You cannot beat this location in Paris, right in the heart of everything and only a block from prestigious St. Germain. The kitchen is well equipped, the bath luxurious, the living area adorable with a very comfortable loft bed over a sofa area. Pascal, the host, speaks perfect English and has all the resources you need at your disposal..a car and driver to meet you if you want (although it is a straight shot via train from the airports no transfers, practically at the door to the apartment) and recommendations for restaurants in every price range. One of the few apartment rental agencies that understands American customer service expectations and delivers. The apartment was the cleanest we have ever rented, absolutely positively sparkling in every way. Just a lovely rental experience. Rental France is the only agency I will ever use again.
