Located right in the centre of Paris, in the second district (quiet and safe area), this charming apartment has been redone in October 2006. All equipment is brand new, especially bedding! It is fully furnished and 'ready to live'. Metro station is one minute away, Louvre museum can be join by walk in 10mn, same time for Notre-Dame or Seine river. Very wanted pedestrian Montorgueil area is 1 mn away, you will find a lot of shops (food, cheese, delicatessen but also clothes, design and restaurants). Free and unlimited phone calls to all regular fixed lines in all European countries, and also other countries: Australia, Canada (mobile included), China, United States (mobiles included but Alaska and Hawaii excluded), Norway, Swiss, Finland, Japan and Russia. All other calls are prohibited, especially phone calls to mobile lines. LCD flat screen, DVD/DiVW player and fast wifi !

First timers on a budget in Paris

All the furniture/appliances new. Plenty of room for just the two of us; good value for money - very clean and well looked after, on third floor of old style building with 3 lovely big windows. Would feel more cramped if we had brought the children and had to sleep four. One large room with bed, tv,sofa etc, with separate small, very well equiped kitchen. Small bathroom with tiny sink, shower, WC and plenty of hot water. Excellent communications from owner and detailed instructions for key collection literally just round the corner from the flat, where it is also possible to leave your luggage if organised with owner before arrival. On a small back road, very convenient to walk to 3 different Metro stations/lines so handy to reach all areas of Paris. Supermarket just round the corner and plenty of cafe/bars within easy walking distance. Would recommend to those wanting good clean accommodation on a budget; we would happily book again. Clean and neat apartment in quiet location ideal for exploring central Paris on foot. Third floor (no lift). Near to supermarkets, shops and foodie market. Short walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, Les Halles, Hotel De Ville and the Seine. Well-equipped modern kitchen. Very small bathroom with shower - no bathtub. Bear in mind that living area doubles as the bedroom. About half an hour on foot from Gare Nord. Catch the Batobus for a tour of Paris from the river.
