The apartment would suit a couple ideally or with a child or a third person. The living room's sofa bed can be converted and is available for one person. Minimum 5 nights booking. Right across the road from our properties 'Mariotte' and 'Paris Terrace' the location is very central - a few minutes metro or bus ride to the Arc de Triomphe and top of the Champs Elyses. The area is prized by Parisians as it has shops, restaurants and 2 parks - Parc Monceau and a closer smaller garden square with pond and ducks. The 94 bus takes you directly to St Germain des Pres, a short bus ride to Montmartre, the 'Grands Magasins' (Galleries Lafayettes and Printemps), and Opera. Gare St Lazare is 3 stops away. The Marais can be reached directly on Line 3 at the next metro stop 'Villiers'.
