The newly renovated flat has one separated bedroom. The flat is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay including dryer, dish washer, washing machine, LCD TV... The flat is very quiet and very bright. It is located 200 meters from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées. There is a long balcony overlooking the street. There are many convenient shops around the place.

  • Cleaning option: For the cleaning when you leave, you have two solutions. Either you do it completely before you leave, or I order a specialised company to do it and it is 35 euros (please inform me with your booking). You should vacuum and mop the floor, wipe the tables, chairs and kitchen, clean the basin, the toilets and the shower cabin, empty the fridge and clean it, clean inside the oven, take out the garbage and put it in the garbage-bins in the yard.
    Please notice that an invoice of 50 euros will be send to you if the cleaning is not done after you left the place.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment in June 2008 and found that it was almost exactly as described and was in a lovely neighbourhood. The only exception being that the description of it being 200m from the Arc D'Triomphe is incorrect. It is in fact a 10-15 minute walk of approximately one kilometre. It is a very pleasant, easy walk and did not detract from the apartment's location. The only real concern we had was with mosquitoes at night, for which we would highly recommend a mosquito net for the bed. We did find a lack of communication with the Managing Agents with relation to collection of keys, which remained unclear until the day of our arrival. We did not receive an email on instructions for collection, which made our arrival into Paris a lot more stressful than it should have been. We are seasoned travellers who have rented many of the lovely apartments from this website, and will continue to do so despite these minor problems with this booking.

Not very convienient

I stayed at this apartment last week with with two others. Firstly we arrived into CDG ariport we had never been to Paris before and we had to travel to collect the keys for the apartment in an area which was 35 mins of a journey. Then we had to take 2 different trains which took 45 mins to get to the apartment. We could have taken a train straight from the airport to the apartment that would have taken 30 mins if this compnay had have arranged to leave the keys somewhere nearer. It was very hot out and we had lots of bags. We couldn't understand why there wasn't a more convienent way for us to collect keys. This was vey off putting.

The apartment itself was very nice and the area was lovely.
