This apartment is located in the 2d district, only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Paris. Major places of interest like the Louvre Museum, Notre-Dame & the river Seine, the opera, etc... are very close. The place has been fully renovated in November 2004. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. The studio is quiet, since windows overlook a quiet and safe courtyard. There is first one large room, w/queen size bed, large closet, sofa, coffee table, cable TV + CD player, an armchair. Then there is a kitchen, in a separate room, w/stove/oven, toaster, coffee machine, a fridge/freezer and a microwave. Bathroom is separate as well and has one washbasin, one standing shower and a WC. The whole apartment has been recently renovated. Furniture, appliances, mattresses, bedding, etc... are brand new. Linen and towels are provided. There is a phone line, limited to local calls.
