• A € 300 deposit has to be paid to secure the booking.
  Total rental cost to be paid, in currency, at the time of the arrival.

  The rental cost refers to two persons occupancy. For up to four person please add € 100 weekly or € 30 per day
  For period shorter than 7 nights a final cleaning fee of Eur 50 is due.
  check-in time: not earlier than 2:00 p.m.
  for check-in occuring later than 8:00 p.m. or on Sunday or on National Holiday a charge of € 30 is due
  check-out time: not later than 10:00
