The flat is located in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris on the fifth floor, with lift, in a typical 18th century apartment block. The flat combines elegance and comfort. It is very light and quiet since all the rooms have double glazing. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms or shower rooms. The flat is perfectly located for visiting Paris right in the heart of theatreland, within walking distance of the Marais, the Picasso museum, the Pompidou Centre, the Opera and the Grand Magasins. It is also only 15 minutes walk from the Louvre museum and the river Seine.

Perfect Parisian Apartment

Six of us stayed in the apartment the week between Christmas and New Year's. It was beautifully renovated, with lots of room to relax and to dine together. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was in a great location -- steps away from the metro, with many restaurants in the neighborhood. It was a quiet oasis from the holiday bustle of Paris. The landlords were so helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment to any family or group traveling to Paris.

It was just wonderfully wonderful. The welcome was perfect, the flat just amazing, even better than we expected. It was very comfortable but also remarkably well thought out and very spacious for the eight of us. The location could not have been better, full of wonderful local restaurants and cafe, walking distance to many of the famous Paris sites. It was just wonderfully wonderful. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your appartment. We look forward to our visit next year.

The apartment is exactly as it is advertised. It is fantastic for walking or taking the metro to everything in Paris. There are great restaurants, grocery, and other shopping within blocks. The apartment is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The bedding is very comfortable. The owner handles everything very warmly and professionally. You won't find better accommodations in Paris.

This was just the perfect place to stay. Beautiful design, very comfortable beds, wonderful views from the flat and indeed very spacious for the eight of us. The location is just great (you can almost walk anywhere) the local restaurants are excellent but full of parisians. Just a wonderful place, like home from home.

The apartment is close to the metro station and you have access to all the places in Paris. Landlords were really helpful and the apartment is in excellent condition and very spacious for 6 people to sit around.Very cosy and the decoration was beautiful. Kitchen although small was very well equipped and the dishwasher was a real saver! I recommend it for your getaway in Paris.
