This apartment has different levels which gives it its charm. It has very high ceilings and is located on the 2nd floor French) of a 17th Century building inside a large cobblestone courtyard. It is sunny and airy. It has all amenities and was designed with your comfort in mind. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an elevator. The entry way has also two large closets if there is a need for two couple to be there at the same time. The attached half bath is large enough to allow someone to use it as a second bathroom. Notes to the rental rates

  • A security deposit is required. Rental rates includes all amenities, (except utilities in the summer months) , Wireless High Speed Internet, telephone with land lines, cell phone, Cable TV with all international channels and news. It has a flat screen TV and DVD player and stereo system. A printer is also available for your use.
    Rental rates include cleaning before and after you leave and a person to greet you upon your arrival. A person is available on call if any problems or questions with the apartments.
    The rental rates for high season is 1,500 Euros PER WEEK and special rates for more than three weeks rental. There is extra charge for additional person (2nd and 3rd) for laundry. There is a security deposit of 400 Euros with each rental. No pets allowed and no smoking.
    This apartment sleeps comfortably four people.
    We also have a Concierge service available at extra costs if needed.

The other sleeping area is in the living room with a top of the line thick mattress sofa bed and a pocket door that can close to allow privacy for two couple or a couple with children. A very large 1/2 bath is adjacent tothe living room.
