WELL-LOCATED, NEWLY REMODELED, AIR-CONDITIONED STUDIO IN THE MONTMARTRE AREA. Situated on the ground floor facing the peaceful interior courtyard. Studio area is 20m2. The floorplan is perfectly distributed for efficiency with a sofa-bed (140cm x 200 cm), large closet, separate kitchen, big refrigerator, one-burner (induction) stove with fan ventilation and new microwave. Kitchen is clean with new cupboards and large window. Enclosed shower with window and essentials. Internet Wi-Fi connection. Telephone to receive calls only, int. TV channels. New washer machine.CLOSEST METRO STATION IS 200m (Guy Mocquet Line 13). Buses: 25 minutes to Champs Elysee (Bus 31). Place de Clychy: 500m, LE SACRE COUER: 1km, Gare de L'Est & Gare du Nord: 4km. EVERYTHING NEAR (Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, post office).Very nice building in Pierre de Taille, quiet neighborhood.Linen and towels are not furnished.Is under request.No smoking.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. 75 stairs to climb though!!! We found the Sofa bed in the lounge bigger and more comfortable than the bed in the bedroom. Fantastic area to stay in, easy to get around, and a lovely bar which is open till late next door!! 2 balconys off the lounge/dining room area where you can sit and "kill" a bottle of Red and watch the worl go by! Would highly recommend this holiday let, and will go again.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing

The studio apartment was perfect for us and it had all we needed. Very close to the nearest tube, and an amazing bakery just a few minutes away! :) We'd definitely come back! C & P

This Cozy studio was great - We took the metro from the CDG airport and it left us 2 blocks away from the studio where the owner greeted us. The location is safe at night and the access into the studio is very easy. We used the internet to look up attaction times and metro times, tour times and restaurant times, we also used our webcam to talk to our family in the usa. The supermarkets, bakery, bookstore and post office is blocks away. There is a great French restaurant right across the street from the door. Our visit in Paris was a dream come true, we will definelty come back and stay at this studio.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
