Ideally located near the metro, the flat is in the heart of Paris. The flat is located in the very safe area of Paris, the Bourgeois arrondissement 16th. The studio is located in a standing building. The flat is very quiet as it is overlooking a garden. There are plenty of food shops and local restaurants near by (5 minutes by walk from Rue d’Auteuil). There is a convenient supermarket just on the other side of the boulevard. The flat is the perfect gate for a successful true Parisian stay. The metro station is 50 meters from the flat. You can walk in 15 minutes to the Eiffel tower.

You should vacuum and mop the floor, wipe the tables, chairs and kitchen, clean the basin, the toilets and the shower cabin, empty the fridge and clean it, clean inside the oven, take out the garbage and put it in the garbage-bins in the yard.
    Please notice that an invoice of 50 euros will be send to you if the cleaning is not done after you left the place.

Small house feasable for two people. For more people any incovenient can occurr.
It is a single room where if you open 2° bed it is so near to first that you can not walk in between. Bath is abolutely small but Shower is good.
Cleaning should be effected within 4 pm of arrival day. In our case it was deleyed at 6.pm and we had to wait. Towels and sheets where not ironed and for opening bed was delivered a single place sheets, while double place sheets are requested.
Distance with center (Notre-Dame ) is considerable : more than 50 min with metro.
