Four quiet spaces in a one-way street in Montmarte, close to the Moulin Rouge. the loft and the duplex have access to on a private green court yard. Kitchens are equipped with fridge, boiler, toaster, microwaves oven, coffee machine, and any thing you need to prepare and serve a private dinner. Sofas, table, cupboard, desk, telephone, safe box, ADSL, free wireless.

A quiet space of 120m2 on the basement in a one-way street in Montmarte, close to the Moulin Rouge. This very bright loft, with large windows both on garden and street, offers a main room, one bedroom, one kitchen, two bathrooms and a private garden. Life in the loft: The loft with a private entrance is a big 120 square meter room. In the front part , you will find a kitchen with fridge, boiler, toaster, microwaves oven, coffee machine, and any thing you need to prepare and serve a private dinner. There is a bathroom and a shower. In the back part, open on a private green court yard, there is a double king size bed, sofas, table, cupboard, desk, telephone, fax machine, safe box, ADSL, free wireless... Adding to the loft, another bedroom with king size bed is also available.

You could gaze out across the city at night and fantasise that you are Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor in Baz Luhrmann's Moulin Rouge. Not that your loft need be a dingy garret. Holiday-rentals (property 8755) has a huge open-plan, loft apartment near the Moulin Rouge club, with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private garden. It is available year round. And the cost? about 125 pounds per night. Your never get a decent hotel here for that price.

lots of wow factor

WOW wonderful location, right next to the moulin rouge but tucked away so amazingly peaceful for such a busy location and with the added delight of an outside terrace. We had a very warm welcome from the extremely courteous and helpful owner. The duplex is extremely spacious but definately shabby chic and very parisien. Everything was clean with plentyful kitchen equipment, towels etc. and also books, c.d's and local information. If atmosphere is important and detail like plugs in basins and perfect renovation less so then this is the place for you. Unfortunately there was a major problem with the plumbing while we were there and the bathroom pipes upstaire were blocked and water from everything including the toilet flooded down into the kitchen. This happened on both days and somewhat detracted from our enjoyment of an otherwise excellent stay.

An excellent, easy time.

We had a fantastic time staying in this property. Eight of us stayed comfortably in the beautiful loft apartment, in an interesting area of Paris. It's a really different property, and far more interesting than staying in a hotel.

Highly recommended, the owner Francois was helpful and made our stay even easier.

Brilliant!

Just returned from Paris on a work trip, and stayed in the studio appartment. The space was small but had everything you needed to cook and it was very clean.
Francois the manager was extremely helpful and professional the whole way through from making the original booking to actually going that extra mile to return items we had left behind.

Highly recommend this property.

The real Paris experience!

Have just returned from 3 days in Paris. We were a group of 4 adults. Francois provided the loft, 1 bedroom apartment. A very comfy queen sized bed and a fold out bed in the generous bedroom and a single bed/sofa in the lounge area. The apartment is small but very clean and provided everything we needed including cold beers on arrival. The building is very authentic and made the experience totally Parisian. Even a Degas style ballet school across the lane. Do not be put off by the location. It is marvellous and we felt very relaxed and safe.Just a stone's throw to the cafes and walks of montmartre, right at the metro and bus stops. Your host Francois will inspire you with his hospitality and enthusiasm for Paris.Great value for a group and so much better than a hotel.

We have just returned home from a very enjoyable trip to Paris. Our accommodation, in no small way, added to our memorable experience - the location was ideal, the property not luxurious but spotlessly clean. It proved an ideal base for a family affording us the space and freedom not available in a hotel room. We felt like true Parisians for a few days! Highly recommended.
