Charming apartment in the Marais overlooking private courtyard

This quiet and sunny apartment is located in the centre of the historical Marais, across from the Picasso Museum. In this peaceful and artistic neighbourhood, you will find traditional and trendy restaurants/ bars, designer boutiques and many historical landmarks. You are close to the Place des Vosges, Bastille and Republique, but also the Pompidou centre and Les Halles. The Hotel de Ville, the Seine river and the Ile de la Cité as well as Le Louvre are close. The apartment is fully furnished with French antiques and persian carpets and overlooks a private courtyard. It consists of one bedroom, a living room with a comfortable sofabed, a kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. The apartment is perfect for a family of 4 people. Equipment & toys for babies and small children are available, including stroller & crib. If needed, it is possible to add an extra folding camp bed to accommodate a fifth person.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

We will be happy to welcome you on Saturday between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. (Departure: Saturday between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.). If you wish to arrange other arrival time, please call us at least 3 days in advance at (33) 610 24 7679. In case of unavoidable delay on the Saturday of arrival, please also call us at this number.

UPON ARRIVAL

On arrival, please present your confirmation as well as a passport or identity card. Please also note that upon arrival, we ask for a deposit which will be refunded at the end of the stay.
