This historic Parisian building which has recently had it's facade redone is in the heart of central Paris. A few feet from the Louvre Museum and the luxury shopping areas of the Rue St. Honore and the Place des Victoires. You can walk to the Opera, Concorde and the Champs Elysees from here. It is a neighbourhood that has a lot of activity during the day, but is very quiet at night. This 62m² apartment (670 sq. ft.) is an ideal 'pied-à-terre' fully renovated, redesigned by an architect in Le Louvre area. It is a combination of the charm of 18th century spirit and contemporary necessities. The elegant space is filled with an artistic blend of French styling and other objects d'Art. Accommodation and Facilities for the apartment in Paris, France

Reservation

To secure a reservation, we require payment of 50% of the value of your booking payable by wire transfer or credit card. Final payment is payable in Euro traveller cheque or cash.

Security deposit

The fully refundable security deposit is payable upon arrival and will be refunded the last day of tenancy, once the departure inventory has been done and our representatives agrees that no damage has occurred and no items are missing. Of course, we will give a security deposit receipt. The security deposit is $700 or 700€.

Cancellation

As is our policy, your deposit, or payment, is non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the apartment for your dates. If we are unable to re-rent the apartment for the said dates, we reserve the right to keep 100% of your payment with the understanding that if we succeed in re-renting the apartment for said dates, we will refund less a 20% service fee. We will not be held responsible for cancellation for ANY REASON. Cancellation insurance is the renter's personal responsibility.
