This romantic duplex/loft is located (accessible by elevator) on the top floor of a beautiful 19th century building, looking out on to a large and lovely courtyard. it's very quiet and protected from the street noise, safe, with a digicode, and very central. The flat is 80 square meters (900 square feet), and as just been beautifully renovated. It is tastefully designed with modern furniture, real wood floor. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a mezzanine. It is situated near the Opera and big department store Galerie Lafayette. The apartment is distributed over two levels. The ground floor consists of a kitchen and a dining area with a table for six, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a separate toilet, and a living room; there is plenty of light with large windows. On the top floor there is one separate bedroom with a window and a velux, and an en-suite shower room. The mezzanine offers a sofa that can be used as a single bed, a desk and a chair with fast Internet access.

| Notes: | A large entrance takes you in the living room which has double-height ceiling part of which is galleried to the upper area. There is a dining table that can accommodate 6 people. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with washer and separate dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave... The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom On the level above, another bedroom with 2 single beds, and an en-suite shower room. Reservation
To secure a reservation, we require payment of 30% of the value of your booking payable by wire transfer. Final payment is payable at chech-in time
Security deposit
The fully refundable security deposit is payable upon arrival and will be refunded the last day of tenancy, once the departure inventory has been done and our representatives agrees that no damage has occurred and no items are missing. Of course, we will give a security deposit receipt. The security deposit is 500 Euros or equivalent in any currency. Credit cards also accepted
Cancellation
As is our policy, your deposit, or payment, is non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the apartment for your dates. If we are unable to re-rent the apartment for the said dates, we reserve the right to keep 100% of your payment with the understanding that if we succeed in re-renting the apartment for said dates, we will refund less a 10% service fee. We will not be held responsible for cancellation for ANY REASON. Cancellation insurance is the renter's personal responsibility.
