Villa Monette is a new Chalet Apt block, an MGM design & therefore a high standard throughout. It was completed in July 2005 & is now being booked for the winter season 2005/6. It is situated on the ground floor & has a terrace, locker, ski cave & a secure underground car park although you do not need a car to enjoy Samoens. It has a fully fitted kitchen, one twin room & a room with bunk beds plus a good Sprung Mattress sofa for two in the Lounge. It has under floor central heating, convector & heated towel rail in the bathroom. In addition to the dishwasher there is a washing machine. Samoens is an unspoilt French Alps village and you can reach other Ski Resorts and beautiful towns such as Annecy and Yvoire (for these it would be easier by car). The Ski area encompasses Flaine and Les Carroz and is linked with 252kms pistes, the ski bus stops outside the block and is one minute from the new lift. In summer Samoens offers multi-activities-riding, biking, rafting, swimming, etc.

Samoens won one of the prestigious Coq d'Or awards in France for Beautiful villages. It has a good selection of shops and Restaurants and there is a Botanical garden in the village. It is only an hours drive from Geneva airport or you can visit by train. We can transport you from either.

Notes: Samoens is an ideal family resort and caters for all age groups. In the winter there are 240kms of pistes for downhill skiing and there are varied snow walking trails. There is an outdoor skating rink and you can also go Dog Sledding. It is also an ideal base if you would like to ski in Chamonix for the day or The Portes du soleil with 640kms pistes Sledges can be hired. In summer the Telecabine will take the mountain Bikes up to marked paths or you can walk, with or without a Donkey! There are Quad bikes to hire and you can white water raft or canoe there is a large outdoor swimming pool and Tennis court. Horse Riding is 2kms away. Annecy, known as the Venice of France is an hours drive away, along with Evian Geneva and the old town of Yvoire .It is an ideal resort to do nothing if you wish except shop, wine and dine It gets very warm--30c in July and August The apartment is supplied with towels and Linen and fresh croissants and Bread delivered for Breakfast
