Disneyland Paris - one stop on the metro

We were a party of two families (each with one child under 5 years). The apartment location was great - only one stop on the RER, and the RER station was just around the corner. A huge shopping centre (containing a huge supermarket) and restaurants were also just around the corner.
We chose to rent a private apartment (off the Disney complex) to keep down the cost (the cost for the three of us to stay in a Disney hotel was £1,500 for 4 nights (incl. flights, tickets, etc.)). At 100 Euro per night (split between two families) this arrangement worked out far less expensive for us.
The two-bedrromed apartment was lovely. It was clean and tidy. It had many facilities including a microwave and a hairdryer (and a kettle which is unusual in France I think). There was a playstation, a DVD player, and a nice flat screen TV (though could only get one English speaking channel, CNN). The toilet was separate from the bathroom which made it more convenient for us with two families. We slept three in each room. Our room was a little short on space as, for our 2 year old, we had an extra bed added (without this it'd have been just right). The other bedroom was spacious as it contained a double bed, with a single bunk above.
The living, dining, kitchen area is all one. It isn't spacious but was comfortable, with a sofa and dining table, and did for us for the number of evenings we spent there.
On arrival we submitted a 300 Euro bond (which we knew about beforehand) and this was returned to us on departure without problem. Additional costs also included 16 Euro for towels and bedding for two families, and 10 Euro for our personal usage of electricity and water.
I would definitely recommend this apartment for those who wish to do Disneyland Paris without the inflated expense of a Disney hotel. It is comfortable, clean and has all the facilities needed. It is also a great location. So, in terms of value for money, this certainly hit the mark. The apartment owner was very courtious and had an efficient process for getting you checked in, and out the apartment and sorting all the relevant paperwork. No hidden costs as you have a copy of your rental contract beforehand (which you are asked to sign when you arrive).
Owner's Response: It is a pleasure for us that you have spent a good holidays in our apartment of renting by Disneyland Paris.
We thank you for your information for our future tenants.
To soon,
Jeanne and Eric
