The apartment has a permanently running air circulation system (not air conditioning) that keeps the kitchen, bathroom and toilet fresh. When you arrive to check in at our Agents Office, Agence Port Immobilier in La Chaume, Les Sables d'Olonne, you will be asked to leave a Security Deposit of £200 by cheque payable to RS and NR Aspinwall. This is normally returned when you hand back the key to the Agents on the day of departure.
