Chateau Buisson is in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers Bordeaux wine region and vineyards stretch as far as the eye can see. Smoking only outside with care during dry season please 3 of the doubles have single beds in them. All doubles are king size with orthopaedic firm mattresses. There are 2 kitchens and 1 separate clothes washing room as well as clothes washer dryer in a kitchen both have dishwashers microwaves one has an American fridge with automatic ice machine There is a new central heating system for the winter. Logs are stocked in the grand barn, chopped and ready to burn in winter time, 2 iron and ironing boards, clothes drying frame, hair dryers, shaving points, first aid kits . The chateau has thick walls and stays cool in the hot weather. There are fans provided for exceptionally hot summers. All sheets and towels provided, lots of children's games videos table tennis , battery operated cars to drive , hammocks to lie in swings to swing in ! Château des Vigies, a championship course, is within an hour of the Chateau. This venue has tennis, driving range and buggy and club hire facilities. It has award winning restaurants and bottles its own excellent wine. English is widely spoken and bookings easy to make. The pros are happy to book you in for lessons. There is a 9 hole practice course and bunker and putting practice facilities. Other Championship standard clubs exist towards Bordeaux and the Atlantic beaches all within an easy hours drive through lovely countryside
