Three Charentais stone cottages for 2 and 4 people in 6 acres of parkland. Offering peace, tranquillity and rural atmosphere, the cottages are part of a country estate overlooking the Braconne forest. All are lovingly restored, retaining many original features and furnished with family heirlooms. All cottages have full central heating, flowered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and use of parkland. Washing machine available.

The Maison Merlin is a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern convenience. Lovingly restored by the owners, the gite stands in the grounds of their country home. Much of the furniture is antique, and has been in the owner's family for generations. All the rooms have beamed ceilings and polished woodwork. Thick stone walls and tiled floors ensure that the gite remains cool during the summer, while central heating and the possibility of log fires mean you will be warm and cosy on chilly spring and autumn evenings. The Maison Merlin also benefits from broadband Internet connection.
