Relaxing week away from it all in perfect gite

What a delightful stay our family had last week. lf you are looking for a holiday in a lively town with lots going on, then La Mothe St Heray is not it. If, however, you are seeking, like us, peace and quiet in a not particularly "touristy" area in accommodation that can truly be described as "hidden gem" then this ticks all the boxes, and then some. Pool (cleaned by Jacquetta at 7.45 every morning without fail!), gym, cinema (how the kids love that idea!), plenty else to occupy young and old (table tennis, table football, books, dvd's, access to nearby tennis courts), and comfortable, rustic accommodation that is up there with the best we have experienced. As a previous reviewer observed, Jacquetta is an excellent host, helping with anything to try to make our stay as relaxing as possible. Thanks again for everything Jacquetta - and we'll be thinking of you when the poms turn the aussies over this winter (we hope!)
